We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the most fantastic hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the room was faultless, comfortable and beautiful. On arrival we were offered a complementary drink and a room upgrade. I can't wait to stay at Blakes again.

The service and attention we recieved from both the hotel and the restaurant staff was outstanding. It was my birthday and they really went out of their way to make it special for me. We were upgraded, and comp'd a bottle of champagne at dinner. We would definitely go back.

Chic clean property, it has lovely staff to that staff member. The location is marvellous and with public parking. The downstairs bar offers hot drinks. Recommend the venue, and I would use them next time.

The hotel had a jaw-dropping charm with a sophisticated and individual feel. The staff were super friendly and funny, catering to our every request. The room was cozy and beautifully designed, with a stunning color scheme. The common areas were gorgeous, and the hotel's location in a great neighborhood made it worth every penny. The restaurant, although a bit pricey, served perfect and tasty food. We felt safe and comfortable exploring the hotel, and the option for nearby amenities was a great plus. We can't wait to visit again and experience another boutique-style room.

not very much at all
Disgusting vastly overpriced food. Cluttered unwelcoming reception. Gloomy decor poor lighting, hard bed.

The staff tried to be considerate
The superior king size room was 8x8. Much too small for two people. Most of the rooms are in need of repair and they are doing this, but except for the suites the rooms are ridiculously small and expensive for what you got. .
